Returns Policy


Standard Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in a resalable condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Please include your customer order reference number (see the picking list) and your full name.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (soiled items will not be accepted back so please be careful with makeup and other products that may mark your garment when trying on). 

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method used, this will also apply to returned gifts. 

We aim to process all returns within 3-4 working days of the parcel arriving in our warehouse. We will issue refunds back to your original payment method (where applicable) inside this time frame and then the processing time is down to each individual bank. Once we have issued a refund we will send you an email confirmation. Please contact your bank if you have any queries after receiving confirmation that One Hundred Stars has issued your refund. 

Postage is only refundable if the item is damaged or defective.

Exchanges are only possible if additional postage costs are covered or if the order value is over £70.00.
