Our policy has been extended until 6th January 2021 for all purchases made on or after 10/11/2020 to allow extra time for Christmas gifts and lock down restrictions.
Our 30 days returns policy will re-apply on orders placed on or after 14/12/2020.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in a resealable condition. A copy of the returns form must be included with your original order number and reason for returning otherwise this may cause delays.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (soiled items will not be excepted back so please be careful with makeup and other products that may mark your garment when trying on).
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method used, this will also apply to returned gifts.
Postage is only refundable if the item is damaged or defective.
Exchanges are only possible if additional postage costs are covered.
