Christmas Returns!

Buying gifts with us this Christmas? If so, you can relax knowing we have extended our returns period to give you that extra peace of mind!
Any items purchased from 20th November 2023 will be eligible for an exchange or gift card up until 13th January 2024. Full refunds will be available for any item returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Standard Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in a resalable condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage of any returning unsuitable items.

How to return:

Please include your customer reference number (this can be found on your picking/delivery note), reason for returning, and indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund.

We aim to process all returns within 5 – 7 working days of the parcel arriving in our warehouse. If the return is approved, we will issue refunds back to your original payment method. Once we have issued a refund, we will send you an email confirmation.

The processing time is down to each individual bank. Please contact your bank if you have any queries after receiving confirmation that One Hundred Stars has issued your refund. 


For an exchange, simply return your unwanted item/s to the same address, and indicate which item/s you would like to exchange for. We will send you an invoice via email if there are any outstanding balances.

Exchanges under £70 will require additional postage costs. (Standard 3 – 5 working day delivery is £2.95)

Faulty and mispacked returns

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our customer service team at before posting your return.

Products purchased from stockists

If you have any issues or wish to return a product that was purchased from one of our stockists, then please contact the shop it was bought from directly. As the contract of sale is with that particular business and not ourselves, unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds or exchange.


Please contact our customer service team at if you have received a gift that you would like to exchange.

So that we are able to locate the original order, we will require the contact details of the gift giver. *Please be assured that we will not contact the gift giver unless requested*


These are hand-made to order, so for this reason we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty.
