We have a 30 day policy for returns but this will be extended for 2 weeks after Christmas, so please return any orders for the 8th of January. Or if the 30 days from when you placed your order is longer, then please return your items as normal should you need to.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges will be refunded to the original payment method and then a new order must be placed for the item you would like to exchange for.
Postage is only refundable if the item is damaged or defective.
