I am purchasing an item as a gift, can you include a note? Yes, when you add an item to your cart there is a 'ORDER NOTE' box and this is where you should include any specific requests or gift messages.
How do I wash my new garment? The majority of our products should be hand washed and cool ironed to ensure the longevity of our delicate fabrics. Items such as our cushions and range of cashmere mix jumpers and cardigans should be dry cleaned only. Please see the specific product page for full details about your item.
I have lost my dressing gown belt! Can you supply a replacement? If you have misplaced your gown belt fear not, we do have spares which we can supply at £5 per belt. Please contact our customer service team with the belt you require and they will set you up with a custom order.
