Ethics

Our ethical values

We have a social responsibility to our team

As a small family-run business having strong ethics behind our brand is vitally important to us. From workplace safety to continuous training and development we try to ensure we are taking care of all aspects of our social responsibility. Not because it's cool to do so, but because we really care.

Proud to be

Made in India

A country busting full of colour and craftsmanship and home to our factories. From weaving, to printing to stitching, every process is done in house allowing us to ensure our garments are made just the way we would like. Always ethically. Always Sustainably.

Don't just take our word for it

See Our Certificates

Our garments are made following the highest standards of ethical, environmental, and health & safety practice. We have been awarded certificates such as the SA 8000 and GOTS which carry out independent audits of our facilities in India every year.

A better life for everyone

No Child Labour or Bonded Labour

The SA 800 is a social audit that ensures there is no child labour, no bonded labour and all our craftsmen and women are employed on a permanent basis. This ensures fair contracts and helps raise the standard of wages within our industry.

Paid Above The Standard Living Wage

One Hundred Stars is a Living Wage Employer and we ensure all of our staff both in the UK and abroad are paid fairly and above standard living wage.

Continuous Training and Development

We create opportunities and provide training and professional development so our staff can continue to grow within the business. We have a 'train up and from within' approach, some of our most senior staff members started their careers with us in our warehouse!

Clean, Comfortable & Safe Working Environment

We wanted to make sure anyone who works within our business is happy and safe at work which is why we ensure that every part of our business from production to packing is clean, comfortable, safe and a nice place to work. We carry our daily inspections and are constantly looking for ways we can continue to improve our workspaces.
